Weekly Gaming Roundup

It’s been a relatively slow week in gaming, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have news for you in this week’s gaming roundup.

Overwatch Halloween Event

Overwatch fans have been spoiled with incredible themed events, so it should be no surprise that this year’s Halloween event has been highly anticipated. The event features fifty new seasonal items, including eight new legendary skins, as well as the return of Junkenstein's Revenge.

Shadow of War

I have been looking forward to this game since the release of the prequel, Shadow of Mordor, in 2014. I’ve already put close to 8 hours into the game, which might not seem like much until you realize that, at the time I am writing this, the game has only been out for 14 hours. It is an improvement on Shadow of Mordor in almost every way, minus those pesky loot boxes.

Assassin's Creed Origins Announces Season Pass Content

With the game set to come out in a few weeks, Ubisoft has finally told fans what they can expect when purchasing the season pass for Assassin’s Creed Origins. The pass will include two major DLC packs, coming out in January and March 2018, and both of those will increase the player level cap. There will also be additional content released in November 2017.
